The shopping cart dynamically updates as they shop, and follows them from page to page as they view products. And shopping is always just one click away with a customer's desktop CINCH™ tool.
There's also an extra layer of functionality that mirrors the Lariat approach to full-circle business. First, the shopping cart recalls each customer's previous carts, creating a history of purchases that is used to refer complementary products or those a customer would be interested in based on preferences and past purchases. And all this information is available for both the "maker" and "seller" levels to access and use as real-world feedback.
